Getting started is as effortless as can be. Simply download the app and register using your identification document and the last 8 digits of your credit card.

If you already have a username and password for accessing the web or the Mobile Plus app, there is no need to register again.

And that’s it! You now have access to all your credit card information:

• Credit limit
• Outstanding balances in pesos and dollars
• Due date
• Recent purchases and payments
• Last 12 account statements
• Available discounts at over 200 brands nationwide, featuring discount details, store information, and geolocation.

Furthermore, you can carry out a variety of requests and transactions such as:

• Reporting loss or fraud
• Reporting unrecognized transactions
• Instant card deactivation and reactivation
